• A surfaced and curbed facility containment area. <br /> ■ A mobile or skid-mounted high pressure water or <br /> steam cleaning wash rack system <br /> • A rinsate recirculation storage tank <br /> • Provision for disposal of rinsate and rinsate solids <br /> Final design features of,and operational procedures for <br /> the rinsate facility must be approved by the Local <br /> Enforcement Agency prior to initiation of biosolids <br /> disposal. <br /> Steps to Compliance: <br /> A. The project applicant shall submit proposed plans and operational <br /> procedures for the rinsate facility to the EHSD for approval. <br /> B. Upon EHSD approval, the project applicant shall provide the specified <br /> facility and equipment. <br /> C. Rinsate wastewater sampling, analysis and reporting shall be in <br /> accordance with the Project's revised Waste Discharge Requirements, <br /> and associated sampling and reporting program. Copies of submittals <br /> shall also be provided to the Planning Department and EHSD. <br /> Inspections and monitoring will be conducted by the EHSD and <br /> RWQCB as-appropriate. <br /> Justification: The Project has the potential to impact hydrology and water quality during Project operations.
