UST Tank Information forms are not current in CERS. -The tank form for 87 Tank#4 incorrectly states the turbine sump is double-walled. All sumps at this facility are single-walled. Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a Class II violation. 105 CCR 2632(d)(1), 2634(d) Failed to have an approved UST monitoring plan. The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. -The monitoring plan for the 87 Tank#1 does not list a leak detector. A leak detector is shown for this tank on the monitoring site plan (map)and was observed on site. -The monitoring plans for all five tanks list the panel as a TLS-350. The panel on site is a TLS-350 Plus. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 107 CCR 2632(d)(1)(C) Plot plan/site map not submitted or failed to completely show where monitoring is performed. An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted. -The map included incorrect leak detector information, showing a leak detector on 87 tank#3. No leak detector was observed on this tank. A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan. This is a repeat violation, Class II. 118 CCR 2715(a)(1)(A), 2715(a)(2) Failure to submit the "Underground Storage Tank Statement of Understanding and Compliance Form". The Underground Storage Tank Statement of Understanding and Compliance Form was not found in CERS. This form must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov and upload the Underground Storage Tank Statement of Understanding and Compliance Form for this facility.
