The facility generate waste absorbent from used oil / antifreeze spills and disposes of in the trash <br /> dumpster. Any person wh generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. <br /> Immediately stop disposing of waste absorbent in the dumpster and make a hazardous waste <br /> determination for the waste absorbent, and manage it according the Title 22 hazardous waste <br /> regulations. Submit a state ent and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed <br /> by November 16, 2013. <br /> 108. The facility has a 15 allon blue poly drum on site which contains liquid. Any person who <br /> generates a waste shall det rmine if the waste is a hazardous waste. Make a hazardous waste <br /> determination for the conte is of the blue poly drum, and manage it according the Title 22 hazardous <br /> waste regulations.
