Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three <br /> years, maintain them on s te, and submit copies to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD) by No ember 16, 2013. Include all disposal receipts for used oil, waste antifreeze <br /> and other hazardous wast . <br /> � bl� <br /> 128. A copy f each bill of lading must be kept on site for at least three years. Immediately <br /> locate a copy of all bills of ading for used oil filters for the last three years, maintain them on site, and <br /> submit copies to the EHD y November 16, 2013. <br /> 404. Two waste antifree e 55 gallon containers and four waste oil 55 gallon containers were found <br /> open. All hazardous wast containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing <br /> waste. Immediately close hese containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when <br /> not adding or removing wa te. <br /> 605. One waste antifreez 55 gallon container was labeled "hazardous waste" only. One waste <br /> antifreeze 55 gallon contai er did not have a label. Four waste oil 55 gallon containers were labeled <br /> "used oil" only. All hazardo s waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardo s Waste" <br /> 2. name and address o generator <br /> 3. hazardous propertie <br /> 4. physical state <br /> 5. composition (conten ) <br /> 6. accumulation start d to <br /> Immediately label these co tainers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required <br /> information.
