Lodi Chrome <br />316 North Main Street <br />Lodi, CA 95240 <br />Closure Activities <br />April 2007 PSC prepared closure plan. <br />April 3rd 2007 PSC removed cyanide tank contents and <br />washed tank interior. All waste was removed <br />for disposal. <br />May 5th 2007 PSC removed remaining tank contents and bath <br />residuals. PSC containerized the cyanide floor <br />salts and zinc cyanide powder. All waste was <br />removed for disposal. <br />May 6th 2007 Removal of the wooden wet deck started. This <br />material is staged on (1) pallet in side the shop <br />for future disposal. The 8" x 8" x 16" concrete <br />tank support blocks were palletized to (2) <br />pallets for future disposal. The empty plating <br />tanks where rinsed and all rinsate was collected <br />for future disposal. <br />The tanks have been cut to disposal <br />specifications and staged on site for future <br />disposal. The floor salts and debris where <br />containerized to DOT Super Sacks. In addition <br />all visibly contaminated sheet rock has been <br />removed from the shop walls and containerized <br />to DOT Super sacks for future disposal. <br />July 10th 2007 PSC removed five (5) DOT Super Sacks of shop <br />floor solids, misc debris and salts. <br />July 11th 2007 Area cleaned and prepped for pressure washing <br />operations. <br />
