Twelve light housing fixtures (measuring approximately 12x12 inches) which still contained ballasts <br /> and other electrical components and twelve large fluorescent light bulbs (stored in an open cardboard <br /> box) were observed in an uncovered storage area behind the convenience store. A generator shall <br /> manage electronic devices in a way that prevents releases of any universal waste or component to the <br /> environment under reasonably foreseeable conditions. Electronic devices should be contained in a <br /> manner that prevents breakage and release of components to the environment. If a container is used, it <br /> shall prevent leakage, spillage, or damage that could cause leakage.
