Clear Day Pagel of 3
Aris Cacapit [EH]
To: GlenG@jiffylubeca.com
Subject: Corrections needed for Return to Compliance Documents submitted
Attachments: RTC.pdf
Good Afternoon Glen,
Did David Curran call you about no longer needing to obtain a hazardous waste tank assessment for your under
ground used oil storage tank? I just finished speaking with him and explained that there had been some debate
whether to classify tanks in a vault as an under ground or above ground storage tank. It has been determined
that tanks in a vault are classified as under ground storage tanks and therefore do not require a hazardous
waste tank assessment that an above ground hazardous waste tank would require. Therefore, we are no longer
requesting a hazardous waste tank assessment from the Jiffy Lube#2322 located at 500 E. Kettleman Ln. Lodi
CA.
However, after reviewing pages 4 & 5 of the contingency plan, I noticed that it was for Jiffy Lube#2801 instead
of#2322. 1 still need training records for Laura Robinson, Gregory Lamarche, Jose Guerra, David Curran,
Vantha Vean, Karamvir Singh, & Clinton Brooks.
