Lawrence Escobedo confirmed that the white poly drum is where the waste coolant/antifreeze is <br /> stored and that the hazardous waste label affixed to the black 55 gallon steel drum is meant for the waste coolant. <br /> The white poly drum which is 1/4 full of hazardous waste antifreeze does not have any hazardous waste labeling <br /> information on it. The label on the black 55 gallon steel drum has an accumulation start date of 12-19-14. This waste <br /> has been on site longer than 90 days. Facilities who generate more than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month may <br /> store waste on site up to 90 days.
