The following items are required to <br /> be inspected at least daily: <br /> 1. overfill/spill control equipment; <br /> 2. aboveground portions of the tank system to detect corrosion or releases of water; <br /> 3.data gathered from monitoring and leak-detection equipment; <br /> 4. outside areas of the tank system including secondary containment to detect erosion or signs of releases of <br /> hazardous waste; <br /> 5.for uncovered tanks,the level of waste in the tank. <br /> Immediately begin required inspections of the hazardous waste tank system, and document the items inspected. <br /> Submit a copy of the inspection log for the next 30 days to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(a)Stored hazardous waste on site longer than 90 days without a permit or authorization. <br /> In the hazardous waste storage a used antifreeze tank with the starting accumulation date of 12/6/17 was observed. <br /> Facilities who generate more than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month may store waste on site up to 90 days. <br /> Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy <br /> of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> In the hazardous waste storage area one 55 gallon black steel drum containing waste oily water, one 55 gallon <br /> black steel drum holding oily solids did not have starting accumulation date.
