All spills are cleaned up immediately following their <br />occurrence. Broken/fallen cases within the rack system will be removed immediately. Floor slots will be cleaned on a <br />regular schedule but not less than once per 60 days and as needed for spill cleanup. <br />Damaged product is removed immediately and brought to the O,S&D. <br />Refrigeration pipes, warehouse ceilings and walls are inspected weekly for signs of mold. Sourees of--qbjectionable odors <br />are found and eliminated. Standing water is removed immediately. <br />L <br />Sewer traps and floor drains are cleaned on a monthly basis or as needed. <br />SEP 08 7015 <br />Inspection spaces and aisles r��e�.��rr <br />A twelve inch space is provided between walls and racking to allow for the placement of rodent control measures and allow <br />for the removal of fallen and broken cases of product.
