Manifests <br /> were not found for the facility's used oil,waste antifreeze, used oil filters, used absorbent, metal fines, and oily rags. <br /> Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts <br /> used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. <br /> Immediately begin obtaining all manifests and receipts for the last three years and maintain them on site. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> Copies of hazardous waste disposal records since 3/1/18 were not found on site. Immediately locate a copy of all bills of <br /> lading or manifests for lead acid batteries for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the <br /> EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 119 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data electronically. <br /> The facility failed to report the program data eletronically on the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> The owner or operator shall declare that the facility is a hazardous waste generator and enter the facility EPA ID <br /> number in the business activities section in CERS. Log on to CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov to make a <br /> hazardous waste submittal on the CERS website.
