Review of facility environmental documents: <br /> a) Existing Hazardous Materials Business Plan for the previous <br /> operator (Central California Kenworth); <br /> b) Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan;' <br /> c) Hazardous Waste Disposal receipts and manifests (where <br /> available); and <br /> d) Facility inspection records; <br /> 3. Site reconnaissance of the project site, observing: <br /> a) Site uses; <br /> b) Presence of hazardous substances and petroleum products, <br /> including tanks, drums, other containers, engineering controls, and <br /> methods of storage and use; <br /> 4. Interviews with the previous operator's representatives; <br /> 5. Review of San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department and <br /> Office of Emergency Services [SJCEHD and OES; the local Certified <br /> Unified Program Agency (CUPAs)] guidelines and restrictions; and <br /> 6. Compilation of all information into a report utilizing Unified Program <br /> Consolidated Forms for Hazardous Materials Facilities, narrative, and site <br /> maps. An electronically-formatted version may also be required by OES, <br /> pending notification of operator change. <br /> GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS <br /> Lawrence & Associates is a consulting firm providing services in groundwater <br /> hydrology, engineering geology, and civil engineering since 1976.
