Immediately stop <br /> mixing used brake fluid with used oil and begin handling all used brake fluid as its own separate waste stream. <br /> Keep disposal records for waste brake fluid for 3 years. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 303 CCR 66265.33 Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination equipment. <br /> The eyewash in the basement area was not working because there was no wash water in the reservoir. All facility <br /> communications or alarm systems,fire protection equipment, spill control equipment, and decontamination <br /> equipment,where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure its proper operation in time of <br /> emergency.
