Immediately <br /> close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 507 CCR 66265.195 Failed to conduct daily inspections of hazardous waste tank system and maintain records onsite. <br /> Daily inspections of the discharge systems, monitoring equipment, and tank levels were not performed. The overfill <br /> alarm is not being inspected daily and documented. Immediately begin to conduct daily inspections of the discharge <br /> systems, monitoring equipment, and tank levels for all tanks containing hazardous waste. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> The used oil container for the filter crusher in the basement was missing a label. All hazardous waste containers <br /> shall be marked with the following information: <br /> -the words"Hazardous Waste" <br /> -name and address of generator <br /> -hazardous properties <br /> -physical state <br /> -composition (contents) <br /> -accumulation start date <br /> Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required information. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil and fuel filters. <br /> -Two black steel 55 gallon drums of used oil filters located on the south wall of the shop were found without an <br /> accumulation start date. <br /> -Facility does not have any disposal records after August 2017. <br /> Used oil filters shall be drained of free-flowing oil, stored in a closed, rainproof container, labeled as"drained used <br /> oil filters,"and marked with an accumulation start date. Immediately label containers with accumulation start date <br /> and ensure that all used oil filters are managed in this way.
