Corral Hollow Landfill 2 <br /> San Joaquin County <br /> CWC Section 13268 states, in part: <br /> "(a)Any person failing or refusing to furnish technical or monitoring program reports as <br /> required by subdivision (b) of Section 13267... or falsifying any information provided therein, <br /> is guilty of a misdemeanor and rnaY be liable civilly in accordance with subdivision (b). <br /> (b)(1) Civil liability may be administratively imposed by a regional board in accordance with <br /> Article 2.5 (commencing with Section 13323) of chapter S for a violation of subdivision (a) in <br /> an amount which shall not exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000)for each day in which the <br /> violation occurs. " <br /> The landfill is subject to the requirements of Title 27 California Code of Regulations Division 2, <br /> including financial assurance requirements. <br /> The technical reports required by this Order are necessary to ensure compliance with the California <br /> Water Code, WDRs Order No. 5-01-176, and to ensure that a third party may perform the necessary <br /> corrective action or closure and post-closure maintenance in accordance with Title 27, California Code <br /> of Regulations, Division 2, Subdivision 1, Chapter 6. Existing data and information about the site <br /> indicates that waste has been discharged or is discharging at the subject property owned and operated by <br /> the the San Joaquin County Department of Public Works. <br /> Pursuant to Section 13267 of the California Water Code, the San Joaquin County Department of <br /> Public Works shall submit the following: <br /> 1. By 1 October 2002 submit an Annual Report of Financial Assurance for initiating and <br /> completing corrective action (see Provision G.10. of Order No. 5-01-176). <br /> 2.
