This was corrected on site. This is a minor violation. 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. The following chemicals were found on site that have not been reported: hydraulic fluid(275 gallons), gasoline(1,000 gallons; previously reported as 500-gallons), diesel (12,000 gallons, previously reported as 1,000 gallons), oxygen (278 cubic feet, previously reported as 20 cubic feet), motor oil(520 gallons, previously reported as 110 gallons), used lubricating oil(500 gallons), urea nitrate(2,500 gallons), N-P-K Mixed Dry Blend Fertilizer(1,000 pounds), and sulfur-90(2,000 lbs).Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a minor violation. 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. A complete and accurate site map was not submitted as part of the business plan. The submitted map was missing the following elements: north orientation, loading areas, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment.
