Shea Homes- Northern California Bergamo at Mountain House 4943.009.002 Phase I Environmental Site Assessment 3.2 GENERAL SITE SETTING The Property is currently consists of a relatively level, graded lot minor vegetation. No permanent structures were observed on the Property. Utilities, paved roads, and sidewalks were noted around the Property. Adjacent properties consist of finished residential homes to the west, undeveloped graded lots to the east and south, and Byron Highway to the north. A closed road and overpass was observed along the eastern boundary of the Property. Surface vegetation consisted mostly of weeds and grasses. Construction related debris was observed within the Property. 3.3 EXTERIOR OBSERVATIONS The following table summarizes our observations during the reconnaissance. Solid Waste/Debris Small amounts of construction-related rubbish, such as wood, was observed throughout the Property. Stockpiles/Fill Material No stockpiles or fill material was observed on the Property during the reconnaissance. Wastewater No wastewater conveyance systems were observed at the Property during the reconnaissance. Wells No wells were found within the Property during our site reconnaissance.
