Facility/Permit Number: <br /> SOLID WASTE FACILITY PERMIT 39-AA-0026 <br /> 12. Legal Description of Facility(attach map with RFI): <br /> Parcel one in the northeast quarter of Section thirty (30), Township two (2)North, Range Nine (9) East. Assessors Parcel Number is <br /> 093-110-03-11. <br /> 13. Findings: <br /> a. This permit is consistent with the Local Task Force pursuant to PRC 50000(a)(4). <br /> b. This permit is consistent with standards adopted by the California Integrated Waste Management Board(CIWMB). Public Resources Code, <br /> Section 44010. <br /> C. The design and operation of the facility is in compliance with the State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal as determined <br /> by the LEA and CIWMB on <br /> d. The Linden-Peters Fire District has determined that the facility is in conformance with applicable fire standards as required in Public Resources <br /> Code,Section 44151. <br /> e. An environmental determination(i.e.Notice of Determination) #SCH#93102034 is filed with the State Clearinghouse for this facility pursuant to <br /> Public Resources Code,Section 21081.6. <br /> f. A San Joaquin County Integrated Waste Management Plan has not been approved by the CIWMB. <br /> g. The following authorized agent has made a determination that the facility is consistent with,and designated in,the applicable general plan: San <br /> Joaquin County Community Development Department,Planning Division. Public Resources Code,Section 50000.5(a). <br /> h. On December 20, 1993 the San Joaquin County Community Development Department,Planning Division made a written finding that surrounding <br /> land use is compatible with the facility operation,as required in Public Resources Code,Section 50000.5(b). <br /> 14. Prohibitions: <br /> The permittee is prohibited from accepting any liquid waste sludge,non-hazardous waste requiring special handling,designated waste,or hazardous waste <br /> unless such waste is specifically listed below,and unless the acceptance of such waste is authorized by all applicable permits. <br /> The permittee is additionally prohibited from the following items: <br /> 1. Liquid wastes or slurries 6. Sludges <br /> 2. Medical wastes 7. Food wastes <br /> 3. Dead animals 8. Cannery wastes <br /> 4. Hazardous wastes and designated wastes 9. Contaminated soil <br /> 5. Ash <br /> 15.
