The Scotts <br /> Company proposes to change two procedures of operation: <br /> 1. Increase Yard Trimming Storage duration from 72 hours to 15 days. <br /> 2. Increase Traffic Flow from 20 vehicles per day to 30 vehicles per day. <br /> The Scotts Company also informs this Division that he has confirmed with you regarding <br /> these changes, and you have no objections to these changes. <br /> Your reply with your findings or concerns on this Amendment of RCSI will be greatly <br /> appreciated. <br /> If you have any questions, please contact Steven C.
