Scott & Sons Company (Scotts), is <br /> transmitting responses to the San Joaquin County, Environmental Health Division's (EHD) <br /> comments regarding the Report of Composting Site Information (RCSI) for Scott's proposed <br /> composting facility in Linden. WESTON and Scotts developed these responses based on <br /> our understanding of the comments developed through our discussions with the EHD staff. <br /> WESTON has attached a summary table addressing each comment and indicating page <br /> references where the response was incorporated into the text of the RCSI. Any text <br /> revisions are red-lined and the affected pages attached. Please replace the corresponding <br /> pages contained in the original RCSI submitted on 15 February 1994.
