Do not click links or open
attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe.
Please forward our concerns onto the Planning Commission and to the Public Works department of
San Joaquin Co.
We are responding to the notification that we received regarding the project site on the southwest
corner of E Maint st and Walker Ln.
My husband and I live on Walker Ln and we wanted to express our concerns about how this
subdivision is going to negatively impact the traffic on our street. The traffic volume on Walker lane
has been increasing over the last couple of years and will continue to do so as more and more
houses are being built around here. People use Walker lane to get to the highway 99 interchange
that is located off of highway 4. We have a designated a person that deals with the county regarding
our concerns with traffic speed and safety on our street and she was finally was able to convince the
county to install speed humps that don't slow anyone down. These speed humps are so low anyone
can speed over them and they don't slow anyone down. We need something better if all of these
houses are going to be built. People fly down this road and it is very dangerous at times. We need
better safety measures to be implemented soon not after the building is completed to slow these
people down. We would like more things to be put in place to slow these cars down. Unless you can
and will implement stricter safety traffic measures on Walker In we think this subdivision is a very
dangerous hazard to our street.
Thank you
Angelo and JoAnn Cuneo
2094819081
Sent from my iPad
z
PA-2000152 (ZR) Informational Letters 34
