The store manager stated this has helped with
the occurring issue but homeless will still enter misuse the restroom. Current management stated that replacing the locks for
the restroom is being considered in order for the customers to ask for a key directly from staff, this is will help reducethe
homeless from entering the restroom without the concert of management. While on site restrooms contain general use from
customers but not extremely dirty or filthy. Restrooms were also stocked with single use paper towels inside of the dispenser
and toilet paper in the dispensers. Store director will update me if locks will be changed for the restroom doors and if
improvement arose from the decision.
Observed no violations while on site.
Official inspection report emailed.
The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and
Safety Code.If a reinspection is required, fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
Received by: Name and Title: juan linares, Store Director
EH Specialist: VICTOR ACEVEDO Phone: (209)468-0337
FA0001649 C00051450 SCO04 01/14/2020
EHD 16-23 Rev.06/30/15 Page 1 of 1 Food Program Complaint Inspection Report
1868 E.
