COMPLAINANT WENT BACK TO LA SUPERIOR AND RETURNED THE MEAT. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival, I spoke with the managers on site. I explained the reason for me being there and the nature of the complaint. <br /> The managers stated no one has returned any meat products today that they are aware of, but invited me to inspect the meat <br /> department. While in the meat department, I spoke with the department lead on the reason for me being there.
