Testing equipment and <br /> materials shall be provided to measure the applicable sanitization method. Repair or replace water line leading to the ice machine. Correct within 7 days. <br /> The bailer on the back of the facility is currently malfunctioning and spilling oil during use. Food items are stored in the back <br /> during shipment retrieval and the bailer contains a puddle of oil that is in the process of being contained. Repair or replace <br /> bailer as soon as possible. <br /> Observed multiple doors to the 12-dr meat display case cooler that are not in good repair or won't close completely. Repair <br /> or replace sliding doors to the meat display case to ensure proper closure of the meat case. Correct within 14 days. <br /> The cooling fans in the walk in cooler contain build up in the meat department. Clean and maintain the cooling fans for the <br /> entire facility at all times. Correct within 7 days. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All utensils and equipment shall be fully operative and in good repair. Correct immediately. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Wiping cloths used to wipe service counters,scales or other surfaces that may come into contact with food <br /> shall be used only once unless kept in clean water with sanitizer.
