San Joaquin Local Health District San Joaquin County Page 2 of 3 <br /> Lodi Sanitary City Disposal Permit #39-AA-017 <br /> I. FINDINGS : (continued) <br /> D. Operations and design immediately prior to August 15 , 1977 were as <br /> specified by the Plan of Operation for Large Volume Transfer Stations <br /> dated December 20 , 1977 and April 17 , 1978 which is hereby made a part <br /> of this permit. - <br /> E. Land within 1 ,000 feet of the transfer station is zoned as follows : <br /> 1. G.A. - 10 - General Agriculture. <br /> 2 . I.P.A. - Interim Protective Agriculture. <br /> 3 . EA3/AP - Exclusive Agriculture/Agriculture Processing. <br /> F. San Joaquin County has no solid waste management plan, but this <br /> transfer station was established before August 18, 1974, therefore <br /> no finding of need and necessity from the State Solid Waste Manage- <br /> ment Board is required. <br /> G. This facility' s operations are currently in substantial compliance <br /> with State Minimum Standards as determined by a physical inspection <br /> made on March 24, 1978 , except that they violate Section 17462 . The <br /> conditions of this permit establish an appropriate schedule for <br /> compliance with this section. <br /> H. This permit is consistent with the State Minimum Standards in that <br /> the following conditions establish an appropriate schedule for <br /> compliance with those standards . <br /> II. CONDITIONS : <br /> A. Requirements : <br /> 1. The design and operation of this facility must comply with all <br /> of the State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and <br /> Disposal. <br /> 2 . The design and operation of this facility must comply with all, , _____ <br /> federal, state, and local requirements and enactments . <br /> 3 . The San Joaquin Local Health District reserves the right to <br /> require additional information concerning the design and <br /> operation of this facility. <br /> B. Prohibitions : <br /> 1 . The following actions are prohibited at the facility: <br /> a. Disposal of tires . <br /> b . Disposal of construction and demolition wastes . <br /> c. Disposal of sewage sludge. <br /> d. Disposal of liquids/slurries . <br /> e. Disposal of hazardous wastes . <br /> f. Disposal of agriculture wastes . <br /> g. Disposal of septic tank pumpings . <br /> h. Disposal of dead animals . <br />
