" <br /> C. Several expansion plans are in progress as development occurs that would <br /> increase site capabilities to 300 tons per day for the next 5 years. <br /> Although with respect to long term capacity, the station .has been designed <br /> with add on features which can increase site capabilities to 600 .tons per <br /> day. <br /> D. The following documents condition the design and operation of this facility: <br /> 1 . San Joaquin County Use Permit #5013 <br /> 2. San Joaquin County Use Permit #72-164 <br /> E. Operations and design immediately prior to August 15, 1977 were as specified <br /> by the Plan of Operation for Large Volume Transfer Stations dated December 20, <br /> 1977 and April 17, 1978 which is hereby made a part of this permit. <br /> F. Land within 1 ,000 feet of the transfer station is zoned as follows: <br /> 1 . M-1- Manufacturing <br /> G. This transfer and resource recovery station was established prior to August <br /> 18, 1974, has been adequately addressed in the San Joaquin County Solid <br /> Waste Management Plan, and is, therefore, exempt from. the requirements of <br /> Section 66783.1 of the Government Code. <br /> This facility's operations are currently in compliance with the State Minimum <br /> IS Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal as determined from physical <br /> inspection on June 3, 1980. <br /> This permit is consistent with the State Minimum Standards in that the following <br /> conditions establish an appropriate schedule for compliance with those standards. <br /> II. CONDITIONS: <br /> A. Requirements• <br /> 1 . The design and operation of this facility must comply with all of the <br /> State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal . <br /> 2. The design and operation of this facility must comply with all federal , <br /> state, and local requirements and enactments. <br /> 3. The San Joaquin Local Health District reserves the right to require <br /> additional information concerning the design and operation of this <br /> facility. <br />
