This permit is consistent with the State Minimum Standards in <br /> that the following conditions establish an appropriate schedule for <br /> compliance with those standards . <br /> Ii . CONDITIONS <br /> A . Requirements : <br /> 1 . The design and operation of this facility must comply <br /> with all of the State Minimum Standards for Solid <br /> Waste Handling and Disposal. <br /> 2. The design and operation of this facility must comply <br /> with all federal , state, and local requirements and <br /> enactments, <br /> 3 . The San Joaquin Health District reserves the right to <br /> require additional information concerning the design <br /> and operation of this facility . <br /> B. Prohibitions : <br /> 1 . The following actions are prohibited at the facility: <br /> a. Storage and handling of sewage sludge; <br /> b. Storage and handling of liquids/slurries ; <br /> C . Storage and handling of hazardous wastes ; <br /> d . Storage and handling of septic tank pumpings ; <br /> e. Storage and handling of dead animals . <br /> C. Specifications : <br /> 1. No significant change in design or operation from that <br /> described in items "I" A & D of the "FINDINGS" section <br /> is allowed , except for those changes which are required <br /> under the "CONDITIONS" portion of this permit. <br /> D. Provisions : <br /> 1 . This permit is subject to review by the San Joaquin <br /> Local Health District and may be suspended , revoked , or <br /> modified at any time for sufficient cause. <br />
