" <br /> C. Expansion plans have been completed which have increased site <br /> capabilities to 600 tons per day for the next 5 years . <br /> D. The following documents condition the design and operation of <br /> this facility : <br /> 1 . San Joaquin County Use Permit #5013 <br /> 2 . San Joaquin County Use Pemrit #72-164 <br /> E. Operations and design immediately prior to August 15 , 1977 <br /> were as specified by the Plan of Operation for Large Volume Transfer <br /> Stations dated December 20 , 1977 and April 17 , 1978 which is hereby made <br /> a part of this permit . <br /> F. Land within 1 ,000 ft . of the transfer station is zoned as <br /> follows : <br /> 1 . M-1 - Manufacturing <br /> G . This transfer and resource recovery station was established <br /> prior to August 18 , 1974 , has been adequately addressed in the San <br /> Joaquin County Solid Waste Management Plan , and is , therefore , exempt <br /> from the requirements of Section 66783 . 1 of the Government Code. <br /> H. This facility ' s operations are currently in compliance with <br /> the state Minimum Standard for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal as <br /> determined from physical inspection on June 3 , 1980. <br />
