2. The facility must comply with all federal, state, and local requirements and enactments. <br /> 3. Any additional information concerning the design and operation of this facility must be <br /> provided as required by the Local Enforcement Agency. <br /> PROHERITIONS <br /> a. Disposal of hazardous waste <br /> b. Disposal of infectious waste <br /> C. Disposal of liquid wastes/slurries <br /> d. Disposal of septic tank pumpings <br /> e. Disposal of large dead animals <br /> f. Scavenging <br /> h. Open Burning <br /> SPECIFICATIONS <br /> 1. The Local Enforcement Agency through this permit may prohibit or condition the <br /> handling or disposal of solid waste to protect the public health and safety, rehabilitate, <br /> enhance the environment, or to mitigate adverse environmental impacts. <br /> 2. Any change that would cause the design or operation of the facility not to conform to the <br /> terms and conditions of this permit may be considered a significant change and would <br /> require a permit revision. <br /> 3. The facility has a permitted capacity of 2000 tons per day and shall not receive more <br /> than this amount without first obtaining a revised permit. <br /> 4. A change in the operator would require a new permit. <br /> 5. This revision of the solid waste facilities permit supersedes the permit originally issued <br /> on September 15, 1980. The permit has been revised as a result of the 5 year permit <br /> review, and is intended to update the previous permit. <br /> PROVISIONS <br /> 1. This permit is subject to review by the LEA and may be modified, suspended, or <br /> revoked for sufficient cause. <br /> 2. Safety equipment shall be provided for and used by all employees at this facility. <br /> SELF - MONITORING PROGRAM <br />
