Letter from City of Lodi water/wastewater treatment plant dated July 10, 1989. <br /> h. Technical Addendum to the FINAL EIR dated January 30, 1992. <br /> 3. San Joaquin County, Environmental Health Division has made the findings in accordance <br /> with Public Resources Code 50000 and 50000.5 and CCR Section 44010: <br /> a. The permit is consistent with the Lodi City General Plan. <br /> b. The permit is consistent with the standards adopted by the California Integrated - <br /> Waste Management Board. <br /> C. This facility is consistent with the San Joaquin County Solid Waste Management <br /> Plan dated March 1986. <br /> 4 The design and operation of the facility is in compliance with state minimum standards <br /> for solid waste handling and disposal as determined by the LEA on December 20, 1991. <br /> 5. The facility shall be in compliance with flammable clearance provisions as required by <br /> Lodi Fire Department. <br /> 6. The Notice of Determination for this permit shall be subject to all applicable mitigation <br /> measures which are identified in the land use conditions of approval#U91-15 as adopted <br /> by the Lodi City Planning Department. This complies with sections 21108 and/or 21152 <br /> of the Public Resources Code (CEQA). The Final EIR SCH #90020924 was adopted by <br /> the City of Lodi on June 24, 1991. <br /> CONDITIONS REO <br /> 1.
