• Traffic Cones <br /> • Directional Signage <br /> • Universal Waste Area signs <br /> • Plastic sheeting for the collection area <br /> • Pallets <br /> • Shrink-wrap <br /> • Cubic yard boxes <br /> • Fluorescent tube boxes <br /> • Battery drums <br /> • Universal waste labels <br /> • Personal Protective Equipment (vests, safety glasses, steel toe boots) <br /> • Brooms, shovels, dustpans <br /> • Mercury spill kit <br /> As materials are unloaded from each vehicle, they will be sorted by type for <br /> packaging as described below. <br /> • CRT devices will be stacked on pallets and shrink-wrapped. <br /> • Broken CRT's will be packaged in cubic yard boxes. <br /> • Stackable electronic devices (VCR's, etc.) will be palletized and shrink- <br /> wrapped. <br /> • Non-stackable electronic devices (telephones, cell phones, answering <br /> machines) will be placed in cubic yard boxes. <br /> • Mercury lamps will be placed in appropriate size boxes, neatly stacked to <br /> prevent breakage. <br /> • Broken lamps will be placed in a 5 gallon bucket. <br /> Batteries will be sorted by type and placed in drums or 5 gallon buckets. <br /> • Mercury devices (thermometers, thermostats) will be placed in 5 gallon <br /> buckets. <br /> All containers will be appropriately labeled with the generator name/information, <br /> the proper Universal Waste shipping name, and the accumulation date. At the <br /> end of the collection event, Onsite Electronics Recycling will ensure all material is <br /> appropriately packaged and labeled. All collected wastes will be neatly stored in <br /> the designated area. Mercury devices and lamps and Universal Waste batteries <br /> will be shipped off-site for recycling through MSE Environmental. <br /> Description of Traffic Control <br /> The traffic pattern is illustrated on Figure 1 and will be clearly delineated with <br /> cones and barricades. A request for Police Cadets from the City of Lodi Police <br /> Department has been made to provide adequate personnel for directing traffic on <br /> Turner Road. <br /> 2 <br />
