1. First, Can the existing R5 permit be extended to cover this effort? The plan is to inject the <br /> exact same chemical using the same methods as the 2014 RWQCB approved ISCO work plan. <br /> 2. Second, Since the same chemical and methods are being proposed can the work be performed <br /> under the prior approved work plan or can a short work plan amendment cover the additional <br /> work? <br /> 3. Last,The only additional task may be to collect a soil sample from the vadose zone to evaluate <br /> the ISCO performance. This exact task and procedures were approved by the RWQCB last year <br /> too in the 2014 MIP and soil sample collection work plan by the RWQCB.
