Send a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD). <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 406 CCR 66261.7 Empty HW or HM container greater than 5 gallons not managed per this section. <br /> OBSERVATION: [DESCRIBE EMPTY CONTAINERS THAT WERE FOUND NOT MARKED OR NOT MANAGED] <br /> . The following was observed in the empty container accumulation area: <br /> -Four empty 55-gallon containers lacking empty date. Operator corrected on site by writing empty date on each <br /> container, referenced most recent empty container pick up receipt. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Empty containers which previously held a hazardous material, including hazardous <br /> waste must be managed per Title 22 California Code of Regulations(CCR)section 66261.7.
