AdvancedGeo
12 October 2020 An Employee-Owned Company
Project No. 20-6164 ;cj
north-northwest of the proposed home and connected to the residence. The planned
locations of the residence and new septic system are depicted in Figure 2. No additional
development is proposed for the property.
1.3. PARCEL VICINITY LOCATION MAP
San Joaquin County Assessor's Map Book 183 Page 36 depicts the site parcel (APN 183-
360-700) in the western portion of the page. The parcel is bordered to the south by East
Sara Lane followed by single-family residential property (183-160-090) and to the east,
west and north by vacant properties (183-360-710; -670, -680, -690). The parcel vicinity
map and a satellite overview map are included in Appendix A.
1.4. SITE MAP
A plan of the specific site features (i.e., structures, drives, wells, septic systems, large
trees, pastures, etc.) is illustrated in Figure 2.
2.0. PRESENT AND PAST USAGE OF SITE
The property is currently being used for residential purposes and has been historically
utilized for residential purposes. Prior to residential development, the property was likely
used for light agricultural purposes. The property is situated approximately 2.25 miles
south-southeast of the city of Linden, in the eastern portion of San Joaquin County,
California.
2.1 POTENTIAL SITE PROBLEM ASSESSMENT
Water supply for the property is currently provided by the existing onsite domestic water
well. The well is approximately 90 feet away from the existing septic system and will be
over 130 feet away from the proposed septic system area (Figure 2). The development
of a residence and new septic system will not affect water being supplied to the property.
3.0. EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE
The current septic system includes a residential system located to the east of the existing
residential structure (Figure 2). The septic system is utilized by the residence and is
permitted for a four-bedroom house. The existing septic system and leach field extend to
the east of the residence and are located approximately 90 to 100 feet away from the
onsite water well. The septic system is utilized 365 days a year by the four-bedroom
house (Figure 2; Appendix B).
