Wilson Way, Stockton <br /> The following requirements have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also <br /> apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. Prior to the issuance of any building permits, sewer facilities shall either be bonded for or be in place, <br /> as evidenced by a letter from the serving entity (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1100.3(d)). <br /> Note- the Environmental Health Department (EHD) received a will-serve letter from the City of <br /> Stockton Department of Municipal Utilities previously for this project, but the letter has since expired. <br /> 2. The proposed project will connect to the Stockton 99 Speedway Water System (3901242). The project <br /> can install a new public water source (well) or physically connect to the existing well at the Stockton <br /> 99 Speedway. The connection to the water system needs to use only NSF 61 approved equipment <br /> and piping. Provide a schematic of the proposed changes to the water system as part of the permit <br /> amendment for Stockton 99 Speedway Small Public Water System (SPWS) at time of application. <br /> The permit amendment for the SPWS can take up to 180 days. The permit amendment must be <br /> completed prior to occupancy. Please contact Robert McClellon, Program Coordinator REHS at(209) <br /> 468-0332 for details. <br /> If a well is constructed, the well shall be constructed in order to meet Public Water well standards. <br /> 3. Submit two (2) hardcopy sets, or one (1) electronic version, of food facility plans to the Environmental <br /> Health Department for review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California Retail <br /> Food Code, Article 1, 114380). The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. <br /> 4. A valid permit from EHD is required prior to operating food facility (California Retail Food Code, <br /> Chapter 13, Article 1, Section 14381). <br /> 5. The applicant shall contact the public sewer provider regarding the requirements for the installation <br /> of an oil and sand separation system. <br /> 6. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental <br /> Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> 1868 E.
