UST SYSTEM REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT REPORT <br /> Facility Description <br /> January 22, 2021 <br /> 2.0 FACILITY DESCRIPTION <br /> 2.1 SITE LOCATION <br /> The site is located near the southwest corner of Da Vinci Drive and West March Lane in Stockton, San Joaquin <br /> County, California (Figure 1). The property is bounded to the east by Da Vinci Drive,to the south by a public walking <br /> trail, and to the north and west by commercial businesses and associated parking lots. The site is located in a mixed <br /> residential and commercial area. <br /> 2.2 SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The site is an operating 7-Eleven convenience store and gasoline station (Figure 2). Two 10,000-gallon single-walled <br /> steel USTs were located in the eastern portion of the property.A concrete dispenser island pad with two dispenser <br /> islands was located southeast of the USTs. The dispenser island and UST areas were paved with concrete and the <br /> remainder of the site was surfaced with asphalt.
