Mr. and Mrs. Gomez learned after the sale that the previous landowners used the premises as an <br /> illegal dump site with U.S. Bank Trust N.A. as lien holders, eventually becoming bank-owned real estate when <br /> they defaulted on the mortgage. <br /> This was not disclosed to Mr. and Mrs. Gomez prior to the sale, and they have the same interest at the County <br /> in seeing that the property is cleaned of any hazardous waste materials. <br /> 1 <br />
