Shine,the REO Settlement Resolution Services contact for Premium <br /> Title(a division of Altisource), in direct contact with your office to ensure everything is done to your absolute <br /> specifications and requirements. <br /> Mr. and Mrs. Gomez have the same interest as you and the County in cleaning up this land.They will do <br /> everything to help facilitate inspections, provide access to registered environmental health specialists(REHS) <br /> and experienced bonded contractors to remove the waste, and provide access for testing soil and water <br /> samples. <br /> You mentioned that this is considered an illegal site operated post regulation and it must meet Title 27 <br /> California Code of Regulation (T27CCR)for closure or be clean closed.Just to clarify, if Altisource is able <br /> to identify a contractor that can remove the illegal dumping and hazardous waste materials and bring <br /> the land to your specifications,the land would be able to be put to productive use again.
