1 <br /> 3.5 General area septic permit history (number/types/dates of permits,age of system, <br /> permit numbers,copies in report): In searching permits for septic systems in San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department records,the septic systems in this general area range <br /> in installation dates from 1975 to 2019. (Copies of permits are in Appendix.) The age of the <br /> recorded septic system on-site dates back to 1996. It is the only record of a septic system. The <br /> other recorded permits belong to a well installation and a percolation test. <br /> 3.6 Discussion of general area septic tank repair history: Repair history of the septic tanks in <br /> this area reveal that the leech lines and pits have resulted in consistent unerring performance. <br /> There are no incidents to report. (See Appendix). <br /> 3.7 Description of proposed or expected maximum (including second unit dwellings) septic <br /> tank usage on site: The purpose of this project is to expand a winery facility in two phases. See <br /> Section 1.1. "Description of Proposed Development" for additional information. <br /> 4.0 GROUNDWATER INFORMATION SECTION <br /> 4.1 Description of the depth and gradient of groundwater in the general area: The depth to <br /> ground water in this area is approximately 100 feet according to the map of"Lines of Equal Depth <br /> to Groundwater" published by the "San Joaquin County Flood and Water Conservation District" <br /> Groundwater Report Fall 2017. The gradient descends from east to west. <br /> 4.2 Description/discussion of any existing and/or potential groundwater <br /> contamination issues in the general location of the site: The concerns for groundwater <br /> contamination in this area are deemed moderate due to the depths involved. Insecticides, <br /> pesticides, and fertilizers typically do not significantly impact groundwater at these depths. <br /> However, as with any agricultural area,there is always a potential for contamination due to <br /> chemicals used in the farming operation. <br /> 4.3 Description of location (address/APN),type and construction of well and location <br /> (well head/kitchen tap)where water sample(s)were obtained: A water sample was taken from <br /> a well head spigot from the existing well of the subject parcel, located at 7151 E. Peltier Road, <br /> Acampo, California on October 29, 2019 by Joel Montano of Dillon& Murphy. <br /> 4.4. Description of constituents being tested for in the water sample: The samples are being <br /> tested for nitrates and DBCP. <br /> 4.5 Description of how sample was obtained,handled, stored, and transported to the <br /> lab: The water sample was taken from a well head spigot from the existing well located at <br /> 7151 E. Peltier Road,Acampo, CA. The samples were taken by Joel Montano of <br /> Dillon & Murphy, and driven directly to Precision-Enviro Tech. The sample was taken and <br /> handled in accordance with Precision-Enviro-Tech requirements. The results from the test can be <br /> found in the Appendix. <br />
