The proposed septic system will consist of a 1,600-gallon <br /> septic tank with two compartments, three 80-foot long leach lines, and three 42-inch wide <br /> by 20-inch deep seepage pits. The septic system will be connected to the four-bedroom <br /> home planned to be developed on the property and will be utilized 365 days a year. <br /> 3.1. EXISTING ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> There is currently no septic system at the subject property. <br /> 3.2. SITE SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br /> There are several liquid waste septic permits on file at the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (EHD) for the subject property, the following is a <br /> summary of the permits on file: <br /> • EHD Permit #473, dated April 1951: New installation of an 800-gallon septic tank <br /> and one 100-foot long leach line permitted for a two-bedroom residence. <br /> • EHD Permit #4119, dated June 1953: Addition of one 100-foot long leach line to <br /> the existing leach field. <br /> • EHD Permit #18552, dated March 1965: New installation of a 1,500-gallon septic <br /> tank, four 18-foot long leach lines, two 40-foot long leach lines, and one seepage <br /> pit permitted for a two-bedroom residence. <br /> • EHD Permit #89-1456, dated June 1989: Addition of one 10-foot long leach line <br /> to the existing leach field. <br /> • EHD Permit SR0082001, dated April 2020: Destruction of septic tank. <br /> Copies of the liquid waste permits are provided in Appendix B. <br /> 3.3. ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK REPAIR HISTORY <br /> There are two septic tank repair/addition permits on file at the EHD for the property, the <br /> following is a summary of the permits on file: <br /> • EHD Permit #4119, dated June 1953: Addition of one 100-foot long leach line to <br /> the existing leach field. <br /> • EHD Permit #89-1456, dated June 1989: Addition of one 10-foot long leach line <br /> to the existing leach field. <br /> Copies of the liquid waste repair/addition permits are provided in Appendix B. <br />
