1 a supplemental billing or credit to County. <br /> 2 b. Delinquent payments shall be assessed in the same <br /> 3 manner and amount as applied to all users in the <br /> 4 City. <br /> 5 SECTION 15. TERM OF AGREEMENT <br /> 6 The term of this Agreement shall be for a period of twenty- <br /> 7 five (25) years from the effective date of beginning of op- <br /> 8 erations pursuant to this Agreement (see Section 4, preceding) <br /> 9 and shall continue thereafter so long as the Regional System or <br /> 10 its replacement facilities constructed or installed under this <br /> 11 Agreement shall remain in service. <br /> 12 SECTION 16. CONTRACT TERMINATION FOR CAUSE <br /> 13 It is understood and agreed that this Agreement is con- <br /> 14 tingent upon City completing the General Additions Project and <br /> 15 the Tertiary Treatment Project as improvements and enlargements <br /> 16 to the Regional System. This Agreement shall not be fully <br /> 17 operative, as qualified herein, until said Project Contracts <br /> lg are completed. <br /> 19 Until the General Additions Contract and the Tertiary <br /> 20 Treatment Contract are completed City cannot accept respon- <br /> 21 sibility for County conformance with discharge requirements .of <br /> 22 the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central <br /> 23 Valley Region, <br /> 24 Such projects are approved by the United States and the <br /> 25 State of California. In the event that State and Federal grant <br /> 26 funding is not available to City for completion of the three <br /> 27 aforementioned Contracts , either City or County may terminate <br /> 21 - <br /> • co couwsr: <br />
