2. Connection fees are related to the costs of <br /> = future capacity and are subject to review and change <br /> T- <br /> annually. (See Section 14A. 3 , preceding) <br /> 3.• County shall., immediately prior to connect-ion <br /> to the Regional System, provide City with an accurate <br /> and complete list which contains the name of the owner , <br /> the, location of the property, the assessor's -parcel <br /> number and the Land Use Code classification for each <br /> user connection to that County sub-sy.,tem. Such users <br /> shall. be,.subject. to the payment of an additional connection • <br /> t i>; <br /> -.' -.fee when :a change in use occurs which is likely to genera.te,;,.•7. <br /> an increased quantity or. a different quality of wastewater,-. <br /> (See Section 13A. , preceding . } <br /> 4. - - County sliall , after the' effective date of <br /> beginning of operations pursuant to this Agreement , collect <br /> a proper connection fee from each. proposed new user and i <br /> make application to City for a permit for such connection -': ;; . <br /> to t}ie Regional System. Payment of the connection fee <br /> to, and receipt of a permit from, City shall precede any <br /> work undertaken to physically connect to any part of any <br /> sub-system which is connected to the .-Regional System. <br /> B. "User" Sewer Service Charges <br /> 1. The obligation for payment of sewer service charges <br /> shall begin on the day County first discharges sewage into <br /> the Regional System. <br /> 2. City "user" classifications shall apply to County <br /> users for the purpose of determining fair and equitable <br /> seieer charges in unincorporated County areas . <br /> 17 <br />
