Hazardous Waste Tank bib,-
System Integrity Report
==M= =
For
HMT Inspection
The Kraft Heinz Company
Stockton CA February 1
 o 34 Page 14 of 34
3.1 CONTAINMENT ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION
We have evaluated the tank containment and find the following to be true:
The tank containment (secondary polyethylene tank detail) has now and will
continue to contain in the future liquids that can be classified as non-RCRA
hazardous materials.
The following assessment details are known or have been evaluated for the tank:
1. Pursuant to 22 CCR §66265.193(b)(1); The secondary
containment (secondary tank) / concrete containment area is
designed and constructed such that it will contain any minor leak of
stored liquid until it can be properly cleaned;
2. Pursuant to 22 CCR §66265.193(b)(2); The secondary tank /
concrete containment has been designed to accepted industry
practice for total storage volume and is free of defects and may
temporarily retain these non-RCRA hazardous materials until such
leaks or spills are detected and cleaned up;
3. Pursuant to 22 CCR §66265.193(c)(1); The secondary tank is
adequately constructed with materials that are compatible with the
waste to be placed in the tank system and has sufficient strength
and thickness to prevent failure due to pressure gradients, physical
contact with the stored waste, climatic conditions, the stress of
installation, and the stress of daily operations as required;
3. Pursuant to 22 CCR §66265.193(c)(2); The concrete slab under
the tank is adequately constructed according to accepted industry
practice and supports the Hazardous Waste Tank as required;
4. Pursuant to 22 CCR §66265.193(c)(3) and (4); The hazardous
materials action plan currently in place at the facility provides that
any leakage or spills from the tanks in this area will cleaned as soon
as detected (visual inspection of this area is performed by the
operators responsible for this operations area);
5. Pursuant to 22 CCR §66265.193(d); Secondary containment
consists of a secondary tank;
NDTRPTNE.DOT REV 2 23264941 Hazardous Wast Tank r3(Rev 1).doc 3/16/2021 1:52 PM
