15.4 Integrity Testing— 40 CFR 112.8 (c)(6) <br /> Monthly Inspection <br /> Monthly inspections will be performed and documented using the forms located in <br /> Appendix B and Appendix G. The form in Appendix G includes all of the information <br /> contained on STI SP001 Monthly Inspection Checklist but has been reformatted to fit <br /> on a single page. <br /> Annual Inspection <br /> Annual inspections will be performed and documented using the form located in <br /> Appendix G. For annual inspections the 4-page STI SP001 Annual Inspection <br /> Checklist will be used for each tank. <br /> Testing <br /> Table 3A presents the tank integrity testing schedule according to the Steel Tank <br /> Institute's (STI) SP001 Standard for the Inspection of Aboveground Storage Tanks, <br /> 6th Edition, issued January 2018. <br /> All piping used for product transfer will be maintained in an aboveground state. Piping at <br /> the site operates at low pressure and is used intermittently for dispensing fuel.
