Respondent owns and operates Sonic Drive-In, a drive-in fast food <br /> 17 <br /> 18 restaurant located at 10354 Trinity Parkway, Stockton, California 95219 (the <br /> 19 "Site" or "Facility"). <br /> 20 2. The CUPA inspected the Site on March 28, 2016. <br /> 21 3. The CUPA alleges the following violations of Chapter 6.95 of the <br /> 22 California Health and Safety Code ("HSC"): <br /> 23 <br /> 24 3.1. The Respondent violated HSC § 25507, failed to establish and <br /> 25 implement a hazardous materials business plan. A hazardous materials <br /> 26 business plan shall be established and implemented for emergency response <br /> 27 to a release or threatened release of a hazardous material when storing <br /> 28 hazardous materials at or above the threshold quantities of 55 gallons for <br /> 00036859.1 - 1 - <br /> CONSENT ORDER KEYSTONE RESTAURANT GROUP, LLC <br />
