I materials that are liquid, 500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for <br /> 2 compressed gas, at standard temperature and pressure. This violation <br /> 3 occurred January 1, 2013 and was corrected June 5, 2019. The violation was <br /> 4 cited March 28, 2016. <br /> 5 3.2 The Respondent violated HSC § 25508(a)(1), failed to electronically <br /> 6 submit a business plan. The Facility's business plan was not submitted <br /> 7 electronically to the California Environmental Reporting System ("CERS"). As <br /> 8 of January 1 , 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans <br /> 9 electronically. This violation occurred January 1 , 2013 and was corrected <br /> 10 June 5, 2019. The violation was cited March 28, 2016. <br /> 11 3.3 The Respondent violated HSC § 25508.2, failed to annually review and <br /> 12 certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. The <br /> 13 business plan information was not reviewed and resubmitted in CERS <br /> 14 annually from 2013 to 2018. The hazardous materials inventory shall be <br /> 15 submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted <br /> 16 beginning November 1 of the previous year. This violation occurred January <br /> 17 1, 2013 and was corrected June 5, 2019. The violation was cited March 28, <br /> 18 2016. <br /> 19 3.4 The Respondent violated HSC § 25508(a)(1), failed to complete and/or <br /> 20 submit the Business Activities or Owner/Operator Identification page. The <br /> 21 business owner/operator identification form was not completed and submitted <br /> 22 to CERS. This information must be current and submitted as part of the <br /> 23 business plan. This violation occurred January 1 , 2013 and was corrected <br /> 24 June 4, 2019. The violation was cited March 28, 2016. <br /> 25 3.5 The Respondent violated HSC § 25506(a), failed to complete and/or <br /> 26 submit a hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> 27 Four hundred (400) pounds of Carbon Dioxide were found on the Site that <br /> 28 had not been reported.
