Labels will <br /> include the earliest accumulation date that material was added to the container. Documentation will be <br /> provided to the County when completed. <br /> Violation 708-UWH stored UW onsite greater than one year or was unable to demonstrate storage <br /> time <br /> ❑ Corrected <br /> 0 Violation Corrected by: April 1,2021 <br /> ❑ Supporting Documents Included <br /> Corrective Action: Universal hazardous waste identified in the County inspection will be recycled or <br /> disposed of by the date included above. Universal waste storage containers will be marked with an <br /> accumulation date. Universal waste will not be stored for more than one year past the initial accumulation <br /> date. Quest will provide documentation (log, bill of lading, or manifest) for County reference and copies <br /> will be maintained onsite. <br />
