SAN J O A R N Environmental Health Department <br /> i , �V <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> 7-ELEVEN INC#32190 4943 S HWY 99 , STOCKTON April 22, 2021 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 206 CCR 2712(i), 2634(e)Failure to have a current UST Response Plan available on site. <br /> OBSERVATION:An approved copy of the response plan was not available for inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of this plan shall be accessible on site at all times. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 302 CCR 2630(d), 2641(a)Leak detection equipment not installed/maintained/located to detect leaks at earliest <br /> opportunity. <br /> OBSERVATION: Test boots on the piping in the UDCs were not pulled back. Hoses attached to the boots were <br /> looped upward and not positioned in a way that leaks will be detected at the earliest opportunity. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Monitoring equipment shall be maintained to be able to detect a leak at the earliest <br /> possible opportunity. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately contact a properly licensed,trained, and certified contractor to ensure that any <br /> releases in the piping in the UDCs will be detected at the earliest opportunity. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 306 HSC 25291(e)Failure to remove, analyze, and properly dispose of water in secondary containment(pre-Jul 2003). <br /> OBSERVATION: Liquid was observed in the 87 fill sump. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it <br /> must be removed and disposed of properly. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately remove this liquid, make a hazardous waste determination per Title 22 <br /> hazardous waste regulations, and manage it accordingly.
