OBSERVATION: The annual monitoring leak detector testing were last performed on 09/14/2020 and were due by 08/2021. Testing has not been completed by a certified technician. REGULATION GUIDANCE: These tests are required once every 12 months. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately schedule these tests and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD. Please be aware that all EHD staff time associated with a follow up inspection will be billed at our current hourly rate($152). This is a Class II violation. 113 CCR 2637(a-d), 2712(b)(1)(F)Failure to conduct secondary containment testing. OBSERVATION: Secondary containment testing was previously performed on 05/09/2017 and was completed on 09/14/2020,four months past due. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Secondary containment testing is required once every 36 months. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing is performed in a timely manner. This is a repeat violation, Class ll. 122 CCR 2712(f)Failure to implement corrections and submit written response within 30 days of receiving the report. OBSERVATION:An inspection was last done on 09/14/2020 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to be submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by 10/14/2020. This information has not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. REGULATION GUIDANCE:An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to implement the corrections specified in the inspection report and comply with permit conditions. The corrective action shall include all of the recommendations made in the report. The operator shall submit a written response that includes a statement documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that a written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted and all corrections implemented within 30 days of receiving an inspection report.
