Facility is no longer in temporary closure as of 6/17/2021. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: By January 1, 2005, owners of underground storage tank systems shall submit a <br />signed statement to the local agency indicating that the owner understands and is in compliance with all applicable <br />underground storage tank requirements, and identifying the designated UST operator(s) for each facility owned. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov and upload the notification identifying all the designated operators for this facility. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />112 <br />CCR 2638, 26410), 2715(f) Failure to have properly qualified service technician test leak detection equipment every <br />12 months. <br />OBSERVATION: Annual monitoring system certification and leak detector testing were previously performed on <br />May 2018 & 2019 and was completed on June 2021, one month past due. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: These tests are required once every 12 months. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing is performed in a timely manner. <br />This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br />115 <br />CCR 2638(c), 2638(d) Failure to submit "Monitoring System Certification Form" within 30 days of completion of the <br />test. <br />OBSERVATION: A monitoring system certification, leak detector testing, and spill container testing were performed <br />on 6/24/2020.
